Staff is always kind and always in a good mood . Wait time is less than a hospital . They make you feel comfortable and actually listen to you..

Being extremely sick and coughing up blood I wanted to avoid the emergency room. I made an online appt. with Centra Care in Leesburg, Fl. so I could be seen within a reasonable amount of time. I drove 35 mins to get to the clinic only for them to tell me there was a 90 minute wait. I asked why make an appt if they don't give you that time and the girl responded, "well, we had a lot of walk-ins". I believe if you have an appt you should be taken ahead of walk-ins. I left and will never go back.
Great front office staff!! Caring and hospitable Great jobs ladies!!!. But the wait time to see the doctor...... it's like waiting in the emergency room!! Aweful.....not sure what the difference is now!!...hope they pay the ladies well since they have to deal with people asking how much longer...
best all around, amazing nurses and doctors ! I will rather go to centra care than LRMC ! Always quick and the doctors actually listen to what is wrong ..
