The doctors are amazing they take great care of you while they see you. Only problem is the wait time you have to wait about 2hrs or more while being there; and they are way over booked the earliest you can get an appointment is either a month or 2's wait. So that sucks if you have a 1 month follow up and miss it then the doctor can't see you for 3 months. They were supposed to check you out and see if the medicine they gave you is working. UGH
This place is horrible the staff in front are rude and don't try to help at all. If you have one question they answer it but with an attitude. The waiting time Is about 2 hours to see the doctor and when you do see the doctor it's only for 5 minutes. Waiting to make an appointment on the phone also sucks. They make you wait for 1hr just to set up an appointment for 3 months of when you need it.
This place is horrible! 5 hour wait time from the time I got there til the time I left. The doctor keeps telling me I have cancer ( no way she knows that by looking at me ) she refuses to give me referrals. She also always gives me a hard time about refilling my medications and it's not like it's anything major. To top it off you don't get to speak with anyone there at the office when you call, instead you get directed to a 800 number and they make your appointments there. Hence the reason they are always over booked, causing the wait time to be as long as it is. I personally don't recommend this place.

The Doctor rushes you with every appointment, so you forget things or they forget to call all your medication requests to your pharmacy and they constantly leave you sitting on hold or neglect to send faxes back for your request for medication refills from outside pharmacies! It's totally unfair as a patient to always be treated this way!!!!!!!!!!
