We felt they were reasonably priced, professional and efficient. We had Frank who was very pleasant and even explained what cold or could not be placed in the garbage disposal he installed while fixing the leak.
Certainly knowledgeable, a little high price wise. But you gotta pay for good service
Had two toilets installed today and I was very satisfied by the service I received. Jose was prompt and courteous and cleaned up the area and made sure that all was in good working order when he left. I highly recommend Charlie's Plumbing !!!!
On top of that, they don't return my calls, and they have left me stranded when they were scheduled to come and never showed up, TWO DAYS IN A ROW. I did get one service free because of all the trouble, but can you guess what? Same problem all over again. I went out on a limb to call them one last time and yes, once again...they never returned my call. I don't know what their issue is, but I don't know how they can keep business when they operate like this. We've poured out several hundred dollars to this company and it has got us absolutely nowhere. I do NOT recommend them.
They have been out to my house 4 times for the exact same problem in the past 9 months. Each time they claimed the problem was fixed, but within a few weeks its the same thing. And they don't even try another way to fix it. I mean, if the first 3 times you tried the same thing that didn't work, wouldn't you try to solve it another way?
hired Charlie's Plumbing to do a total re-plumb of my mobile home and to replace my water heater. It started with them bringing a 40 gal to replace a 30. I would have chosen to go smaller, not larger, if I had been consulted, which I was not. The pipes under the home now hang down to within inches of the dirt rather than being up in the belly of the home -perhaps not a big deal if they had supported the pipes. After they left, I checked the laundry room where the pipes were one of the big issues needing to be redone. They had not been touched. Then I opened the compartment where the house water filter was housed along with my new over-sized hot water heater. It was imprisoned by 3 pipes going to the hot h20 heater - no way I could have removed or changed it. I called them and complained. 2 days later they sent 2 men out. I kept a better eye on them this time, and they were not going to repipe the lines coming to the laundry until I insisted. One employee said loudly to his coworker, Boy, she's got an attitude! He also told a neighbor how much trouble I gave him. There were 2 other things, but you get the idea. I paid them $2,889. for a totally unsatisfactory job. If you are foolish enough to hire these guys, keep an eye on them! Better at smoking their cigarettes than plumbing!
