Arcade is ok, "we could only find 2 card machines, one of which was out of order making it a chore to buy/load/replenish a game card due to the line of people waiting)not much variety, same games with different themes. The food/bar area is over priced and lacking selection. Bowling is a blast, plenty of lanes and comfortable. The restrooms/drinking fountain are disgusting!!!! I have been in new York subways that are cleaner and don't get me started on the smell!!! I don't think these places have been cleaned since it opened. Over all, a good way to kill some time and waste money. Just avoid the restrooms unless your looking for hospital stay. *if you can zoom in on the drain to the drinking fountain picture, that's layered black mold!

Terrible experience, the restaurant manager is rude and spiteful. The put onion rings instead of chicken in my buffalo chicken wrap, I didn't order a buffalo onion ring wrap. The waitress was pleasant and tried to fight for me to have it removed from the bill but the manager refused to remove it off the bill, not even a penny, since I took a bite out of it. She said once I tasted it I owned it regardless and if I don't pay for it then it's retail theft. Anyways I stood my ground and security was called, then the police since we couldn't reach and agreement. They all agreed I wasn't wrong but that it was a civil matter that we needed to resolve amoungst ourselves. At the end of the day I had my family waiting on me and I needed to leave so I paid with my credit card company and will be disputing the whole charge at this point. Do not eat at the restaurant it's a waste, I believe the manager name was Connie and she should not be running a restaurant, zero customer service skills. Moral of the story, don't fight with her, she will also have you trespassed for standing for your rights, go to jail or pay and get trespassed, I should be calling the news
The bartender was not very patient. However, Kat was awesome she took care of evrything for us.
