I was also told they have no phone number for them, that she can not call another location for me, that she can not do anything of real help there. When I said they should change that politely, I was told she doesn't want that to change. I guess they like it where their work isn't that difficult, and don't care when hard working people, like me, get swindled.
Now I just got notified that my mail was delivered to THE WRONG ADDRESS! Why? Because I was lied to be the employee here. Who's paying for my package to be reordered?
Delivers every day. Met my carrier for the first time. She took the packages that I left out while delivering one. She's very pleasant. Her name is Christine.
Just yesterday I was told my change of address would be put through that day by the employee, but she was snide and I didn't feel very satisfied.
I went to this branch to fwd my mail back to my Ohio addresse and they have totally screwed it up. I have tried calling them and they WILL NOT answer their phone. I have called them over and over using redial for over an hr and they will not answer, if anything they will take the receiver off the hook so it will just be a busy signal. My usps branch in Ohio has called and gets the same treatment. I have not got any mail for 3 wks now and am incurring late fees on everything from credit cards to medical bills. I've tried to get the postmastersnumber to complain but as usual the usps won't give me the number to call and complain. I'm screwed and this branch doesn't care
I recently went into the post office to mail a package and there were 10 people in line. Half were fussing about how long the wait was (or was going to be). I timed it... it took me 10 minutes to get served. That's one minute per person average. Pretty good in my book. One lady in front of me left the line and said she was "Going to the other branch - this is ridiculous". I bet she spent more than nine minutes getting there - haha. This branch is great in my book.

They don't answer the phone. How busy could they possibly be that they can't answer the phone? For some reason they have started returning my mail to sender. I guess I'll have to go down there in person to ask them to please deliver my mail.
