The service was horrible. We stood in line for 15 minutes just to order our food and another 30 minutes to get our food. I strongly would not recommend. There was a man in line behind me calling the employees by name telling them to " tighten up" pulled a knife out opened it to try and be cool and repeatedly told them to tighten up and employees blew it off like nothing and told him to hush. It was just horrible.
Hubs wanted to try them since he never had it before. I had them back in DC & loved It! This particular place not so much. Bc it's drive through only, he didn't know what to get and the lady sounded irritated that we didn't know what was what or what we wanted. After ordering our food, we took it home. Got home and realized they had forgotten my sandwich that I had paid for. Had to drive back. After explaining to them, they seemed irritated and annoyed and felt I was more of a nuisance! Also, their receipts don't show how much you spent on what item! Since, were not Florida residents we were keeping receipts for budget and expenses...I would not go back to this particular Leesburg, FL location.
Went there after church to day and was served completely raw boneless chicken and the manager on duty gave me back money for the wings but not the entire meal she wasn't willing to try and make it right she was rude as hell from the start a little bit of empathy goes a long was...i know thing happen but the actions of the manager was unacceptable I didn't make the chicken raw your staff did so give them attitude not me.... Any other restaurant in that situation would have gave a full refund and possibly free food
Very easy access from US 27. Dining outside. Great food for less.
Poor excuse for a checker burger. Meet paper thin and about the size of 2 silver dollars, squishy tomatoes, soft onions, brown lettuce. Fries were good. There was 1 car in drive thru. We were a walk up. Lady was nice but had to wait 7 minutes just to get recognized for our order to be taken.
