This is my last year here, and while it has been a living hell for the most part, it falls back on me. Despite the fact that most of the teachers are only looking to make a quick buck, and the food is constantly filled with hair and bugs - a school is a school. As long as you do your work, and ignore drama completely then you'd be set. If I were a parent however, this would definitely not be an environment for them I'd settle for. Swizz, Q. Copyright.
Originally, if this would have been a few months back - I would have given it a pretty bad review.. The truth is - that yes there will be fights, food you don't like, and you may run into a handful of teachers who aren't willing to reach much to help you.. But all in all, I could have gotten the straight A's that I wanted to maintain if I weren't so hung up on socializing. Drama here is just about a bunch of childish banter that you can laugh back on.. but seriously, don't fight. Stay out of things that cause LEGAL problems. Especially for those who are wanting to go the military.. college might allow a few strikes - but any time in jail may mess up that for you real quick in the military!

This is my last year here at opms, and i love this school. All the rumors about rats and spiders are all a lie! We have improved to become a C school and thats great. Ms. Longo the principal is not mean, but strict. She loves each and every student and pushes us to succeed snd make good choices. And the teacher will push you too. This school is a great place to send your kid, i recommend it. Go silver knights
This is the worst school my kids have ever gone to. And the worst that I've seen in my life. And we have gone to lake county schools for 5 years now. The principal does absolutely nothing if your child is being bullied. She acts like a bully herself and completely unprofessional and rude. Anytime I've tried to take a matter up with her to get resolved she somehow turns it around on you acting like you are out of line for wanting them to do something about the bullying. Yesterday my daughter was jumped by 10-15 other kids. I called the police right away and made a report. They told me to go to the school and get info on the other students involved that we didn't know their names. She flat out refused and was more concerned with her demanding to be respected while she's shouting at me cutting me off and won't let me speak. Telling me this is HER school and what she says goes.. Like She's God
