Terrible service in every department. 20 employees walking around talking to each other.
Then let's talk Deli! Bunch of people going back and forth doing nothing, don't even look out over the counter at customer's maybe 2 people helping 10 people. My husband and I have actually waited for an hour just for a pound and a half of lunch meat.
Every time I buy a video or perfume from this store they don't deactivate the thief resistant things. I don't know what you call them. But I am so embarrassed every time the alarm sounds and I have to walk back and show someone that I am not stealing and present my receipt. I look around and see so many people looking and laughing. It hurts like hell!!!
Nobody is ever in the photo mat to take your payment after you print your pictures, you have to go to electronics and try TRY to get someone to help you. Then follow them back to the photo desk just to get an envelope for your pictures.
Very hard to find help, and when you find help, no one knows anything. They bounce you from one department to another. Meat department and produce is usually half way or almost empty, deli doesn’t look too good either. Pick what I need in 5 to 10 minutes and have to wait 15-20 to pay. Lines always long. Seldom go there unless it’s totally necessary. Awful!
The grocery selections are great, prices are very good without risking quality! Most exciting thing on my first visit was getting milk $1.50 cheaper & chicken $3.00 cheaper than Winn Dixie and Publix!
Why SO MANY employees and so little help????
This is the worst Walmart that I have ever been to.
If K Mart was closer I would go there. Even every other Walmart I have been to across the country is better than this one!!!!
Took a watch to jewelry to get a battery replaced and stupid twit tried to pry the face instead of the back and destroyed it . 7 minutes later she brought it back and said" did you know the face of your watch is cracked" ? It wasn't cracked, it was shattered! She claims I handed It to her that way. When she looked right at it when I handed it to her. Said she couldn't replace it or pay for damage unless it had been purchased at Walmart. It wasn't. My husband had bought it for me 10 years earlier at KMART in Montana. I left the store in tears.
The pharmacy is slow and rude.
Shipping will just ignore you for 20 minutes when all you came to pick up was a hundred dollar futon mattress that you ordered on line.
I forgot to add that they barely open 3 to 4 isles at a time. You can stand for 30 minutes in line. Or more. Some of the people in line are much older and in much worse shape than me, and by the time I get out of there, I am so frustrated and my feet and back are killing me!.
I'm not a big fan of Walmart but there are some things I can't find anyplace else. This location is better than most. It's clean and well-stacked and I can usually find what I need and be done in a short time. The new self-checkout stations are a big improvement over the old ones.
I shop here all the time. For the most part, it is convenient and fairly well stocked. However, there are and were today isles that look like they are tended to. I had to completely skip a purchase because it was at the back of the shelf. And, as always, no one around to ask for help! I had a lot of shopping to do and couldn't wait around until someone happened by.
