I was so happy at my first visit! They were nice to me and my animals (reseptionists were rude). Second visit they were down right snippy, rude to me and my husband and seemed to not care about our animals. Third time we take our dog there on a Monday needing emergency surgery (he was taken to a animal hospital Sunday night) they didn't care at all and said they were too busy and even if they weren't they "don't do surgeries on mondays". What the heck kind of answer is that?! My dog was dying!!! Needless to say, my animals live's wont be in their hands anymore and I hope they don't pull the blind over you as well.
My dog unfortunately has had many health issues in the 10 years that we've had her and I'm happy knowing that Northgate animal clinic is there for us.
I took someone to the Vet there and everyone was very nice and they did a great job.
Dr. Kathie is the BEST with my babies. It's so nice to find someone who cares as much as you do.
So happy with the prompt service that I received. My dog had been off her food for the third day and was clearly feeling very sore and unwell, I rang to see how quickly I could get her seen. Sue (the receptionist) told me to bring her straight down. My dog was seen by Dr Clark, who immediately determined that the problem was an abscess on her rear. He treated her quickly and very kindly. She was sedated, and her abscess lanced and cleaned thoroughly.
