I bought a KIA back in May. Love it. The dealership is awesome. Best deal I ever gotten. With the best service department ever. I dropped by yesterday about tire pressure. In and out in 15-20 minutes. They take time to great you as soon as you arrive, talk to you, and you don't feel rushed. Again best deal I ever made. I would say the service department's customer service is stellar. The sales department is great and the service department keeps you as a customer.
Best service department in all of Leesburg. When you go ask for Frank he is through and really cares for his customers. He doesn't sell you needless parts and services. He is honest and is an asset to Bill Bryan. I have always had a great experience and will not take my car anywhere else.
I just recently moved here to Florida and had to purchase a vehicle. Your salesman Dallas was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and made me feel very comfortable thru the whole process. He stated that he was a former mechanic that transferred to sales and his expertise definitely showed. The managers and all staff I dealt with were professional and courteous from start to finish. I was in town visiting family for the holidays. I got a flat tire and was able to quickly schedule an appointment to get the tire repaired and my oil changed the day before Thanksgiving. The staff was courteous and showed concern that my tires were so worn down and offered me advice. While in the waiting area, I was able to listen to other employees engaging customers and the conversations were friendly and genuine. I appreciate the small details like soda, popcorn, cookies and hot dogs while waiting. The dealership made me feel as at home as my local dealership in Harrisburg, PA does. Thanks!
The sales people here, sure do try to take advantage. They probably thought because I am a woman I would be easy to pull a fast one on. I have years of banking background, and know exactly how these things work. They didn't even try to sell me the car or give me a sales pitch on how great the car would be! Wouldn't even offer the test drive, unless I said I would buy it! Tried to get me into a Forte with more than $3000 down and a 500+ monthly payment. Went to a different dealership & was able to get into a new Optima for way less down, and they worked with getting me a way way way lower monthly payment. Goes to show you how great the sales personnel are here...
