Giving them a 3 because the car that i purchased was a good car.. even though it had some issues. I came to them because my credit wasn't strong enough. I wanted to resell it back to them IF they wanted it. Since they were making money 2x with 14% interest. I thought maybe they would be interested. So the owner comes out to look at my car. Says nothing to me not even eye contact. He basically made ugly faces like my car was worth nothing.
Not saying they sell crappy cars but its obvious they.dont care about their costumers. Once you want leave you are nothing to them. As far as i know we the costumers are paying your bills.
Nice, honest and comfortable environment to shop at, stop by. They also register the car for you.
This was one of the best experiences I've had in a while. I came in early in the week spoke to Big Jon he gave me all the info short ,sweet and to the point. He made me feel like no matter what when I returned they would do whatever it took to get me in a vehicle. So today I returned and they not only met my expectations they exceeded them. Parker was quick and swift I told him what I could afford and he made it happen without being pushy. There was no long drawn out process of sitting at the dealership all day long. They not once said the word NO or sent me away to get more money or co-signers . I was referred by a friend and now I'll recommend them to a everyone. Thanks Browns Auto !

I have been paying on time for 2 years and giving a little extra here and then. And they have the nerve to tell me that they dont need me that i need them. As a business owner this was poor costumer service especially from the owner.
We went there yesterday to buy my mom a car. Parker was very nice and help the process of purchasing the car fast and easy. Mom loves her car and I love it because I don't have to drive her around anymore, lol. It's a nice car, great price and I would recommend anyone looking for a car to swing by here. BTW there's still a really nice 2012 Honda Civic for a nice starter for someone's kid, like my car lol.

Would definitely give this place ten stars if I could. I went to see Parker who was very professional and listened to what I liked and didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't want to let alone look at something I wasn't interested in. I got to test drive the car I wanted for as long as I wanted. He did my paper work fast and everything was super simple! His father Craig gives a 6 month warranty or 6k mile (which ever comes first) to everyone and my first two oil changes are free. They made me feel like they care about the safety of their customers. I fell in love with a blue 2012 Hyundai Elantra and drove it home that day within an hour. First time buying a car and they helped me every step up the way. I love this place and most importantly I love my new car!
And walks away without letting me know Yes or No.
