Awful. I arrived 15 minutes after when I scheduled the pick up only to wait another 30 because the truck wasn't ready. After they charged my card they showed me a truck with a windshield so scratched it's not safe to drive. Now there are no other trucks available of course. My only recourse is "I apologize " from the woman behind the desk and to cancel the first charge and get charged again for a different, smaller truck. Completely unacceptable. If I wanted to spend twice the price I would have went with uhaul I the first place.
Apparently they never update their website to on whats available and whats not. Got there to find out that they don't have the vehicle I reserved.
I have rented cars from this facility for several years now. They are alway helpful and very nice. The cars that I've rented were always clean and very nice. I just might buy one like I rented a few days ago.

Rented from other companies and they don't compare to BUDGET especially in price. If you're picking up at one location and dropping off at another the competition charges an outrage fee for that but BUDGET does not. Will always rent with them from now on.
