I called here and got a fax machine. I called back a few minutes later and a woman told me she to just let her finish waiting on a customer and she would help me with a rental in just a moment. I waited over 10 minutes on hold and was dosconnected, intentionally, I could hear people talking in the backdrop before be disonnected. I called back a few minutes later and the woman rudely said she had 4 people in line in front of her and she was busy. I said how many cars do you have on the lot? She said 3. I said how are you going to rent me a car then!? She said "I don't know. You'll have to wait on a return or something" That's when I hung up. This happened at 12:30 on 12/24/17. Very unprofessional.
