They were extremely busy, but friendly. So busy, that they didn’t go over all options. They apologized for people calling in sick. I totally understand.
Used Enterprise when had auto accident. Much better prices than dealer. Easy pick-up and delivery. Counter staff is efficient and courteous. Bobby will work with you for the best price/car combo.
If you are renting a car in the area, this is the place to go! Don't be fooled into using another company due to the location at the Leesburg airport. The Enterprise guys will pick you up there, and this locations customer service is wonderful.
I'm a plus member but couldn't rent a one way from here because they are saving their cars for here due to the hurricane. So I went to Hertz which didn't have a problem with a one way rental. Poor customer service Enterprise. So much for being there for me like your advertising says.
I was left stranded by Hertz with a dead battery car, and no options for replacements. Lucky for me, trusty Enterprise was right down the road. When I burst in the door stressing due to my situation these guys were kind and understanding. They turned my day around by providing excellent customer service. I also witnessed several of their interactions with other customers as I sat in the waiting area charging my phone. Things got busy and they handled this with ease while still giving each customer their full attention. Thank you Sam, Bobby and Michael for the wonderful customer service and saving my day! I highly recommend this location!
